The production process for our products demands internal controls at each stage in order to ensure traceability, food safety and the quality of all our produce. Submitting ourselves to quality controls, based on our HACCP system and certificate requirements, is a very important step for us in being able to offer a product with the level of quality the market and our customers demand.
Our aim is to obtain the highest possible quality certifications within the food sector. These certifications allow us to expand into other markets around the world where we have not yet been approved.
We currently have the IFS Food (International Featured Standard), SAE (Specific Self-Control System for Export) certification.
