Chorizo is one of the sausages with the most variety you can find, from the typical chorizo from Pamplona, to those that are smoked, spicy, cured, etc. It is a food that is used to cook traditional dishes, for snacking on or simply for sandwiches.
A sausage made from pork. The manufacturing process consists of chopping the pieces of meat and seasoning with white and black pepper and salt. The mixture is allowed to rest and then stuffed into the natural casing. Finally, it is rested until the optimal texture is achieved.
