Triar les quantitats al gust:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tom\u00e0quet natural o fregit<\/li>\n<li>Formatge mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>Ruca<\/li>\n<li>Salami 95 SKIN Rafael Bar\u00f3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Passos a seguir:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Per a la preparaci\u00f3 de la massa afegirem la farina i la sal en un bol i ho barrejarem tot. Farem un lloc en el centre per a anar afegint l&#8217;aigua amb el llevat pr\u00e8viament dissolt i al costat de l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Pastarem la mescla fins a aconseguir una massa homog\u00e8nia i compacta. No s&#8217;ha d&#8217;enganxar a les mans. La deixarem reposar una hora amb un drap damunt.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Agafarem la bola de massa i sobre una superf\u00edcie pr\u00e8viament amb farina expandirem la massa fins a obtenir la mesura desitjada. Ho farem amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;un rodet.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Col\u00b7locarem la massa en una safata de forn folrada amb paper de forn.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Afegirem la base de salsa de tom\u00e0quet i el formatge.
