Et presentem una proposta de “enchiladas” fetes amb el nostre xori\u00e7.
Ingredients:
\u00b7 4 xori\u00e7os picats
\u00b7 1 ceba picada
\u00b7 2 grans d’all picats
\u00b7 1 salsa de tom\u00e0quet (condimentada al gust)
\u00b7 1 tassa de formatge ratllat (cheddar o mozzarella)
\u00b7 8 truites de blat de moro
\u00b7 Oli vegetal
\u00b7 Sal i pebre al gust
\u00b7 Opcional: crema agra, guacamole i coriandre fresc per decorar

Instruccions:
En una paella gran escalfa una mica d’oli vegetal a foc mitj\u00e0.
Afegeix-hi la ceba i l’all, i cuina-ho fins que estiguin daurats i fragants.
Afegeix-hi el xori\u00e7o i barreja-ho b\u00e9 amb la ceba i l’all.Condimenta amb sal i pebre al gust.
Cuina per uns minuts fins que el xori\u00e7 estigui ben calent.
Preescalfeu el forn a 180\u00b0C. En una plata per a forn, aboca una mica de salsa de la salsa de tom\u00e0quet al fons.
Escalfa les truites de blat de moro al microones o en una paella fins que estiguin suaus i flexibles.
Posa el farciment al centre de cada truita i enrotlla-les.
Col\u00b7loca-les a la plata per a forn sobre la salsa de tom\u00e0quet i condimenta al gust.
Cobreix les “enchiladas” amb la resta de la salsa i afegeix el formatge ratllat per sobre.
Cobreix la safata amb paper d’alumini i forneja durant 15-20 minuts aproximadament.
Serveix les “enchiladas” calentes i decora al gust, ja sigui amb crema agra, guacamole i coriandre fresc, per exemple.
